We had the most wonderful Pride parade in Stockholm today! A colorful mix of party, parade and demonstration. Check out more pictures of the Pride celebrations at Stockholm Pride>>

Thank you Stockholm Pride and Berns for an amazing night!
Looking forward to the big parade tomorrow!

Today we’re enjoying the unique Vasa Museum and the beautiful sculpture park Millesgården. Do not miss these fantastic places when you visit Stockholm.

We love Stockholm Pride!
It’s been all about Schlager at the Pride Park today. Fantastic! And now we’re enjoying a fabulous party at Patricia!

Stockholm Pride is amazing! Lots of smiling, dancing wonderful people. It’s late evening but the sun is still shining over Pride Park.
Scissor Sisters couldn’t make it to Stockholm Pride, so they sent a video greeting instead. The band will be in Stockholm later this year though. Watch them play at Cirkus, Stockholm October 27th.

Stockholm Pride has started! Just attended the opening ceremony for Pride House. The programme this year looks really good with a great mix of culture and politics. Come here to enjoy seminars, art, theatre and debates. There are also lots of activities for children. One of my favourite things at Pride House is the hairdressers!! Take the chance to look extra good during Pride. Free hair styling Monday-Thursday.
Follow our blog for daily postings during the Pride week! We will be blogging from parties, concerts and other fun events Stockholm Pride has to offer.

Stockholm is gearing up for the biggest annual event of the year – Stockholm Pride – and preparations are well under way. One of the most popular happenings in the festival programme is the traditional Schlager evening that always takes place Thursday night during Pride week. Schlager is a beloved music style that Swede’s keep close to their hearts since ABBA won the Eurovision Song Contest 1974 in Brighton with Waterloo. Even though Sweden hasn’t had much success in the competition in the last couple of years, it still generates a huge buzz each year and the songs become classics over night.
In order for you to properly prepare for the Schlager evening we have selected three typical schlager songs that, inspite of being a few years old, still fill dance floors. We all know the lyrics and can probably also do the dance movements.
Study them so you can dance with us all during Stockholm Pride!
